Job Summary :

  • You will be leading the project management division of Terra Spectra Spaces.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • You will be responsible for managing all the projects executed under Terra Spectra Spaces. Tracking the project milestone and ensuring that projects are completed within time and with Terra Spectra Spaces quality standards.
  • Will be leading the team of site Engineers and other domain experts required to do the job.
  • Will be responsible for getting amazing customer reviews on project management. Over-achieve the NPS targets of the company.
  • Constantly upgrade the Quality Assessment System, and keep updated with the latest technologies that can be used for quality checks and assessment.
  • Should keep a tab on the latest construction technologies and how the new technologies be used in project management and project execution.
  • Will be directly working with the product and tech. team and come up with the software functional requirements for enhancing customer experience and improving project management.
  • Resolve the issues between customer and contractor.
  • Efficient utilization of Site Engineers for their site visits.
  • Managing the finances of the projects. Ensure that the finance of each project is up-to-date at any given time.
  • Check structural designs from a safety standpoint and understand other nuances of the structural designs.
  • Constantly work to enhance the project management systems and processes for great customer experience.

Skills Required:

  • Sense of scrappiness, high energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals.
  • Strong Analytical And Advanced Decision-Making Skills.
  • Amazing communication skills and provide great customer experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing big and complex projects.
  • Have managed teams.
  • Sound understanding of construction and PMC contracts and construction bylaws

  • Inside sales – Act as the first interface of Terra Spectra Spaces. Customer Analysis and move services requests and move them forward in the conversion pipeline.
  • Consistently outperform sales and revenue goals.
  • Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages Service Requests and make sure that customers are engaged through the life cycle of Service Request.
  • Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with the smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience.
  • Tracking - Tracks each service request and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time.
  • Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and customer experience.
  • Owning service requests and working on them end-to-end to convert them to projects.
  • Amazing communication skills.

Skills Required :

  • Very high energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals.
  • Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement.
  • Clarity of thought and communication.
  • Experience in customer engagement and inside/outside sales.
  • MBAs preferred.
